By booking a trip with Akhi Retreats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Booking & Payment

• A first instalment is required to secure your place on a retreat.
• Full payment must be received 30 days before the trip start date.
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details regarding cancellations, refunds, and booking changes.

Safety & Liability

• All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our guides and team members at all times.
• Akhi Retreats is not liable for any injuries or losses resulting from a participant’s failure to follow safety instructions.
• Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, as it is not included with any booking.
